Events will be invoiced upfront for the full event service cost covering cart delivery, cart service, and cart removal. This invoice must be paid before carts are delivered unless other terms are agreed upon.
Cart delivery and cart removal will be discussed, and the dates will be agreed upon. If a weekend service is requested, additional fees may apply. If our team arrives on site and carts are not present, there will be an additional charge to come and pick the carts back up. If there is significant contamination in the carts, GoZERO support will relay that information to you and the material may be left at the site to be put in the trash.
